1. Xizmat koʻrsatuvchi

2. Xizmat

MIRLY AI — Telegram bot @mirlyai_bot koʻrinishidagi marketing yordamchisi. U rasm va videolaringizni montaj qiladi, matn yozadi, siz ulagan akkauntlarda (Instagram, Telegram kanal, YouTube) kontentni eʼlon qiladi, izoh va xabarlarga javob beradi hamda statistika koʻrsatadi. Botdan foydalanishni boshlash orqali siz ushbu shartlarga rozilik bildirasiz.

3. Kim foydalana oladi

Xizmatdan 18 yoshdan katta va biznes nomidan ish koʻradigan shaxslar foydalanadi. Siz toʻgʻri maʼlumot berishingiz va Telegram akkauntingiz xavfsizligini taʼminlashingiz kerak.

4. Kontentingiz

Siz yuborgan kontentga barcha huquqlar sizda qoladi. Siz MIRLY AIʼga uni faqat sizga xizmat koʻrsatish uchun qayta ishlash, montaj qilish va eʼlon qilish uchun cheklangan litsenziya berasiz. Siz yuklagan kontentga (jumladan musiqa, rasm va boshqa odamlar tasviriga) huquqingiz borligini tasdiqlaysiz.

5. AI yaratgan kontent

Matn, montaj va javob variantlari sunʼiy intellekt yordamida tayyorlanadi va xatolar boʻlishi mumkin. Har bir natijani eʼlon qilishdan oldin tekshiring: eʼlon qilingan kontent va yuborilgan javoblar uchun siz javobgarsiz.

6. Ulangan akkauntlar

MIRLY AI ulangan akkauntlarda faqat siz bergan ruxsatlar doirasida ishlaydi. Har bir eʼlon siz tomondan boshlanadi yoki tasdiqlanadi. Avtojavob faqat siz uni yoqqan boʻlsangiz ishlaydi. Akkauntni istalgan vaqtda uzishingiz mumkin.

7. Platformalar qoidalari

Instagram, Telegram va YouTube — oʻz qoidalariga ega mustaqil xizmatlar. Siz ularning qoidalariga, jumladan Instagram Community Guidelines, Meta Platform Terms, YouTube Terms of Service va Telegram Terms of Serviceʼga amal qilishingiz kerak. Biz ularning ishlashi va qarorlari uchun javobgar emasmiz.

8. Taqiqlangan foydalanish

  • spam, keraksiz ommaviy xabarlar va soxta faollik;
  • noqonuniy, aldamchi yoki zararli kontent;
  • boshqa shaxs nomidan ish koʻrish va boshqalarning huquqlarini buzish;
  • xizmatni buzish, ortiqcha yuklash yoki cheklovlarni chetlab oʻtishga urinish.

9. Tariflar va toʻlov

Narx, muddat va limitlar toʻlovdan oldin botda koʻrsatiladi. Toʻlov soʻmda Payme, Click yoki bank kartasi orqali qabul qilinadi. Obuna avtomatik uzaytirilishi mumkin; uni botda istalgan vaqtda bekor qilasiz va toʻlangan davr oxirigacha foydalanasiz. Ishlatilmagan limitlar, agar boshqacha koʻrsatilmagan boʻlsa, keyingi davrga oʻtmaydi. Pulni qaytarish Oʻzbekiston qonunchiligiga muvofiq amalga oshiriladi.

10. Xizmatni toʻxtatish

Ushbu shartlar buzilganda biz xizmatni cheklashimiz yoki toʻxtatishimiz mumkin. Siz istalgan vaqtda foydalanishni toʻxtatib, maʼlumotlaringizni oʻchirishingiz mumkin: Maʼlumotlarni oʻchirish.

11. Javobgarlik

Xizmat «boricha» koʻrsatiladi. Qonun ruxsat bergan darajada javobgarligimiz oxirgi oyda siz toʻlagan summa bilan cheklanadi.

12. Amaldagi qonun

Ushbu shartlar Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi qonunlari bilan tartibga solinadi. Nizolar avval muzokara yoʻli bilan, kelishilmasa Toshkent shahridagi sudda hal qilinadi.

13. Oʻzgarishlar

Shartlarni yangilashimiz mumkin. Muhim oʻzgarishlar haqida botda oldindan xabar beramiz.

MIRLY AI — маркетинговый помощник в виде Telegram-бота @mirlyai_bot. Он монтирует ваши фото и видео, пишет тексты, публикует контент в подключённых вами аккаунтах (Instagram, Telegram-канал, YouTube), отвечает на комментарии и сообщения и показывает статистику. Начиная пользоваться ботом, вы принимаете эти условия.

3. Кто может пользоваться

Сервисом пользуются лица старше 18 лет, действующие от имени бизнеса. Вы указываете достоверные данные и отвечаете за безопасность своего аккаунта Telegram.

4. Ваш контент

Все права на ваш контент остаются у вас. Вы предоставляете MIRLY AI ограниченную лицензию обрабатывать, монтировать и публиковать его только для оказания вам услуги. Вы подтверждаете, что имеете права на загружаемый контент, включая музыку, изображения и людей в кадре.

5. Контент, созданный ИИ

Тексты, монтаж и варианты ответов готовятся с помощью искусственного интеллекта и могут содержать ошибки. Проверяйте каждый результат перед публикацией: за опубликованный контент и отправленные ответы отвечаете вы.

6. Подключённые аккаунты

MIRLY AI действует в подключённых аккаунтах только в пределах выданных вами разрешений. Каждая публикация инициируется или подтверждается вами. Автоответы работают, только если вы их включили. Отключить аккаунт можно в любой момент.

7. Правила платформ

Instagram, Telegram и YouTube — независимые сервисы со своими правилами. Вы соблюдаете их правила, в том числе Instagram Community Guidelines, Meta Platform Terms, YouTube Terms of Service и Telegram Terms of Service. Мы не отвечаем за их работу и решения.

8. Запрещено

  • спам, нежелательные массовые сообщения и накрутка активности;
  • незаконный, вводящий в заблуждение или вредоносный контент;
  • выдача себя за другое лицо и нарушение прав третьих лиц;
  • попытки взломать, перегрузить сервис или обойти ограничения.

9. Тарифы и оплата

Цена, срок и лимиты показываются в боте до оплаты. Оплата в сумах через Payme, Click или банковскую карту. Подписка может продлеваться автоматически; отменить её можно в боте в любой момент, доступ сохраняется до конца оплаченного периода. Неиспользованные лимиты не переносятся, если не указано иное. Возврат средств осуществляется по законодательству Узбекистана.

10. Прекращение доступа

При нарушении этих условий мы можем ограничить или прекратить доступ. Вы можете в любой момент прекратить пользоваться сервисом и удалить свои данные: Удаление данных.

11. Ответственность

Сервис предоставляется «как есть». В пределах, допустимых законом, наша ответственность ограничена суммой, оплаченной вами за последний месяц.

12. Применимое право

К этим условиям применяется законодательство Республики Узбекистан. Споры решаются переговорами, а при недостижении согласия — в суде города Ташкента.

13. Изменения

Мы можем обновлять условия. О важных изменениях заранее сообщаем в боте.

2. The service

MIRLY AI is a marketing assistant in the form of the Telegram bot @mirlyai_bot. It edits your photos and videos, writes captions, publishes content to the accounts you connect (Instagram, a Telegram channel, YouTube), replies to comments and messages, and shows statistics. By starting to use the bot you accept these terms.

3. Who can use it

The service is for people aged 18 or over acting on behalf of a business. You must provide accurate information and keep your Telegram account secure.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You grant MIRLY AI a limited licence to process, edit and publish it only to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload, including music, images and people shown in it.

5. AI-generated content

Captions, edits and suggested replies are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes. Review every result before publishing: you are responsible for the content you publish and the replies you send.

6. Connected accounts

MIRLY AI acts on connected accounts only within the permissions you grant. Every publication is initiated or approved by you. Auto-replies work only if you turn them on. You can disconnect an account at any time.

7. Platform rules

Instagram, Telegram and YouTube are independent services with their own rules. You must follow them, including the Instagram Community Guidelines, the Meta Platform Terms, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Telegram Terms of Service. We are not responsible for their availability or decisions.

8. Prohibited use

  • spam, unsolicited bulk messages and fake engagement;
  • illegal, misleading or harmful content;
  • impersonation and infringement of others’ rights;
  • attempts to break or overload the service or to get around its limits.

9. Plans and payment

The price, period and limits are shown in the bot before you pay. Payments are made in Uzbek sum via Payme, Click or bank card. A subscription may renew automatically; you can cancel it in the bot at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Unused limits do not carry over unless stated otherwise. Refunds follow the law of Uzbekistan.

10. Suspension and termination

We may limit or end access if these terms are broken. You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time: Data Deletion.

11. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last month.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are first settled by negotiation and, failing that, by the courts of Tashkent.

13. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you about important changes in the bot in advance.
